Offended
Today more and more people are feeling offended by the thoughts and actions of others. The spirit of offense is behind much of this tension as it engenders frustration, resentment, anger, and bitterness between people. The result is an increasing loss of compassion, coldness, and even hatred. This teaching helps the believer to explore godly solutions to free themselves from the enemy’s trap of being “offended.” Verses: Prov. 18:19; 2 Cor. 4:3-4; Eph 4:26-27, 31; Prov. 19:11; 22:24; 29:22; 30:33; Col. 3:8; 2 Tim. 2:23-26; Matt. 15:12-14 Teacher: Dan Gallagher ...

God’s Divine Council
Little known by the Christian Church is the fact that God has an inner divine council of spirit beings with whom He works to administer the universe. This makes sense when one considers the way God works with mankind and with Jesus Christ. That’s Ironic
God is a master in His use of irony. Whether verbal or situational, the outcome is often the complete opposite of what was said or seemingly intended. Sometimes the irony is very subtle, but at times it is like a neon sign flashing the words, “God is at work here!” The scriptures reviewed here show God’s use of irony for emphasis in the Bible. Mature in Christ
It should be the goal of every Christian to become mature in Christ. But if we have the wrong idea about what that means, we can set goals for ourselves that are unattainable and that leave us feeling defeated. Believers may have problems in this world, but mature believers seek to do God’s will even in the midst of trouble and are centered on serving others. Rough Weather Ahead
Many parts of the world are experiencing weather patterns that are unprecedented in recent history. This should not be surprising as the Bible clearly ties weather patterns to the behavior of the people in a country. This three-segment teaching covers the nature of the earth as a war zone between Good and Evil, that people have an effect on what happens on earth, including the weather, and what Christians can do about it.
